Location: Embrey Mill Soccer Complex (Fields #3 & #4) - 1600 Mine Rd, Stafford, VA 22554

Ball Skill Circuit (6:00pm - 7:00pm) - This program is designed to help players develop their technical ability on the ball. This clinic will allow players to practice a range of different skills through various exercises. Revolved around soccer related games and drills, players will practice ball control, dribbling skills, passing accuracy, juggling, and more! Come out and enjoy the Friday evening with us while working on your overall technical ability!

Clinic is available to the following age groups:
U7-U8
U9-U10
U11-U12
U13-U15

S.E.A. Training - Speed, Explosion, & Agility (7:15pm-8:15pm) - With a focus on using the ball, players will learn how to be quick, agile, and elusive to be able to skate past defenders! Players will be challenged with drills and games to improve their overall mobility with the ball, increase their speed of play, and elevate their game!

Clinic is available to the following age groups:
U7-U8
U9-U10
U11-U12
U13-U15

Shooting Academy (7:15pm - 8:15pm) - If you're looking to improve your shooting power, precision, and accuracy, look no further! Through various drills, exercises, and games, players will work on striking the ball with both feet. This clinic will not only lead to a more refined shot, but will also improve other forms of striking the ball to include short passing and longer driven passes.
