Each year, we have rain outs, whether they be on practice days or game days,the procedure is generally the same. Please check for updated information using the following sources. Please do not call the SASA office to obtain information relating to weather. If there is a light drizzle or the "possiblity’ of rain that does not necessarily constitute closure. Additionally, Stafford County does not usually make a determination regarding closures until 1:00 or 2:00pm on weekdays. Because we are at the mercy of Mother Nature, making a closure determination well in advance is not always possible. Please understand we do our very best to ensure timely closures as well as sound decision making to cause the least upset to everyone. Thank you for your understanding and patience in this matter

If your game needs to be rescheduled, Coaches must contact their Age group Coordinator to facilitate that. Updates will appear on YOUR FILE reflecting updated schedule information once the update has been made. Parents always check YOUR FILE FOR THE MOST UP TO DATE SCHEDULE INFORMATION
