Parents & Coaches-please make sure when lightning is sighted you immediately evacuate the field and take shelter in cars or another grounded facility.  No game or practice may resume for THIRTY MINUTES following the last sighting of lightning.  June 3, 2009 a fatal accident occurred in Spotsylvania County when a child was struck by lightning--please click here for related article.

REGISTRATION for Fall 2009 Classic, Recreation, and STARS Programs is open.  Registration is open from June 15 until midnight, July 31.  After this date a $20.00 late fee will be in effect.   We have a number of updates for the Fall season, so please take a moment to read the information provided.  If you have forgotten your username or password, there are several options outlined in the next few pages to access your account information.  If you need further help, contact the Registration Coordinator.  To begin the registration process, click here.

The Stafford Areas Soccer Association, located in Fredericksburg/Stafford area of Northern Virginia is looking for coaches to work with and alongside the club's Professional Staff in its Recreational, Classic and Travel programs as travel team head coaches/assistant coaches, clinic lead coaches/assistant coaches and team trainers.
 
Candidates should have a love of the game of soccer, playing experience (high school, club, college, professional), have the ability of working with players of all ages both boys and girls, must have high personal integrity be very reliable, and be able to pass and hold required background checks. Coaching qualifications are a plus but not a necessity as the club will provide training and help coaches obtain USSF/NSCAA coaching qualifications.
 
Coaching responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, running weekly team/clinic practice sessions, and coaching weekend games depending on your role within the club.
